Fresco Return and Refund Policy
All products you bought from Fresco Sunnybank, Fresco Calamvale, Fresco Toowong, IGA Runcorn, Fresco Rochedale, Fresco Pineland, and Fresco CBD are covered by the Fresco Return and Refund Policy.
With the exception of Gift Cards, phone recharges, cigarettes, alcoholic beverages, underwear, socks, battery and non-Fresco-sold milk formula and health products which are not acceptable for return or refund. We do not provide cross-store return or refund for the time being.

• Faulty Products
If the product is faulty, then we will be happy to refund the purchase price or exchange the product within 7 days of
purchase. Please provide your original receipt.
• Change Mind
Please be advised that, until further notice, we will not be processing refunds or returns for products purchased from Fresco
due to a change of mind, rather than product quality issues.
Nevertheless, we would be delighted to offer you an exchange for the product, provide that it is returned to us within 7 days
of your purchase, in its original, unopened packaging, ensuring that it does not affect its resale value. Additionally, please
ensure you present a clear shopping receipt for verification purposes.
• Faulty Products If the product is faulty, then we will cheerfully refund the purchase price or exchange the product within 24 hours of purchase. Please provide your original receipt.
• Change Mind Please note that refunds or exchanges are not applicable to live, frozen, or dairy products unless there is a verified quality issue with the product.
A kind reminder, we will not provide rain check service.
